AMALAN DARI NABI UNTUK MENGHADAPI COVID-19

MASYA ALLAH INIKAH ARTI QORONA DALAM AL- QUR’AN??

Ini ada di surat al Ahzab ayat 33.

Silahkan dibuka bagi yg tidak berhalangan

Saya jadi penasaran dengan arti Qarana, saya sengaja membuka kamus al-Qur’an. Saya dapati lafald Qarana (قَرْنَ) ada di QS. Al Ahzaab: 33. Saya jadi tercengang ketika melihat potongan ayat tersebut.

وَقَرْنَ فِيْ بُيُوْتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْاُوْلٰى وَاَقِمْنَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتِيْنَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَاَطِعْنَ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوْلَهٗ ۗاِنَّمَا يُرِيْدُ اللّٰهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ الرِّجْسَ اَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيْرًاۚ – ٣٣

Dan hendaklah kamu tetap di rumahmu dan janganlah kamu berhias dan (bertingkah laku) seperti orang-orang jahiliah dahulu, dan laksanakanlah salat, tunaikanlah zakat dan taatilah Allah dan Rasul-Nya. Sesungguhnya Allah bermaksud hendak menghilangkan dosa dari kamu, wahai ahlulbait dan membersihkan kamu sebersih-bersihnya

Pesannya sangat jelas bahwa lafadz Qarana mengandung arti perintah untuk tinggal. Tinggalnya dimana? Dirumah-rumahmu, di keluargamu, karena kata Nabi rumahku adalah sorgaku. Rumah kalian adalah sorga kalian semua. Ciptakan sorga di keluarganya masing-masing. Coronavirus menggiring kembalinya kesadaran bahwa yang paling hakekat dalam kehidupan adalah keluarga. Sehingga Nabi sendiri memberi parameter kebaikan manusia diukur dari kebaikannya kepada keluarganya

خَيْركُمْ خَيْركُمْ لِأهْلِهِ وَاَنَا خَيْركُمْ لِأهْلِى

“Sebaik-baiknya kalian adalah yang paling baik kepada keluarganya. Dan aku (Rasulullah) orang yang terbaik diantara kalian kepada keluargaku”

Seakan Allah sedang berkata, “wahai manusia modern, janganlan cari kepuasan di gedung-gedung mewah yang menyediakan berbagai macam kamuflase kesenangan yang tak sejati, kebahagiaan itu bukan karir dan gajimu yang selalu tak memuaskanmu, karena selama ini yang kau kejar sebagai kenikmatan itu hanyalah fatamorgana dunia yang kalian anggap kenikmatan dan keindahan (itu semua perilaku jahiliah). Padahal sesungguhnya sorga itu ada di keluargamu, ada di rumahmu masing-masing yang bisa kau bangun dan kau ciptakakan. Kembalilah kepada keluargamu masing-masing dan berbahagialah atas berkumpulnya keluarga.”

Dalam ayat berikutnya, dapat kita mentadaburi bahwa Corona yang diturunkan ini sejatinya untuk membersihkan manusia dari dosa, membersihkan sebersih-bersihnya dari segala hal yang sifatnya kamuflase, talbis, menuju kesejatian hidup.

MENGENAL GEJALA INFEKSI CORONA

HARI KE 1-3

1. Gejala mirip masuk angin
2. Sakit tenggoroka ringan, sedikit sakit
3. Tidak demam tidak lelah
4. Masih makan minum secara normal

HARI KE 4

1. Sakit te ggorokan sedikit, mabuk badan
2. Suhu tubuh mulai naik
3. Mulai anaroksia, sakit kepala ringan
4. Mulai suara serak dan diare ringan

HARI KE 5

1. Sakit tenggorokan suara serak
2. Suhu tubuh berkisar antara 36,5-36,7
3. Tubuh panas ringan
4. Tubuh lelah, merasakan nyeri sendi

(tahap ini sulit dikenali sebagai infeksi dingin atau koroner)

HARI KE 6

1. Mulai demam ringan suhu sekitar 37
2. Batuk dengan lendir atau batuk kering
3. Kelelahan, mual, sesekali sulit bernafas
4. Jari sakit, diare, bisa muntah

HARI KE 7

1. Demam lebih tinggi dari 27,4 – 37,8
2. Batuk berdahak berlebihan
3. Nyeri semua badan
4. Frekuensi nafas pendek dan muntah

HARI KE 8

1. Demam mencapai suhu 38 lebih
2. Sulit bernafas dan batuk tak berhenti
3. Susah berbicara, sakit kepala
4. Nyeri sendi, sakit punggung

HARI KE 9

1. Gejala bertambah buruk
2. Demam berantakan, batuk tidak mereda
3. Meski sudah berusaha anda kesulitan bernafas

(Pada saat ini tes darah dan rontgen paru-paru harus di ambil untuk di periksa)

Istilah baru terkait Corona

1. Lock-down artinya adalah terkunci. Jika dikaitkan dalam istilah teknis dalam kasus Corona atau COVID-19,

arti lockdown adalah mengunci seluruh akses masuk maupun keluar dari suatu daerah maupun negara (tidak ada yang boleh masuk maupun keluar tanpa ijin dari pihak yang berwenang).

2. Social Distancing : Upaya untuk menjauhi perkumpulan, menghindari pertemuan massal, dan menjaga jarak antar manusia. Jarak yang dianjurkan sekitar dua meter (kalau tidak darurat jangan pergi keluar rumah, jangan mendatangi kerumunan/keramaian seperti pergi ke pasar, kongkow-kongkow, dll)
3. Karantina (dikurung selama 14 hari) : Langkah memisahkan dan membatasi pergerakan orang sakit maupun sehat yang diduga memiliki penyakit menular, untuk melihat apakah mereka benar-benar terinfeksi.
4. Isolasi : Langkah memisahkan orang sakit yang memiliki penyakit menular dari orang sehat untuk mencegah penyebaran penyakit.
5. Virus : Merupakan parasit berukuran mikroskopik yang menginfeksi sel organisme biologis.

Ber-reproduksi dengan memanfaatkan sel makhluk hidup karena tidak memiliki perlengkapan selular untuk bereproduksi sendiri.

6. Epidemi : Penyebaran penyakit dengan jumlah banyak yang menyerang secara cepat di suatu wilayah.
7. Pandemi : Penyakit yang menyerang orang dalam jumlah banyak dan terjadi di banyak tempat (antar negara) kelas dunia. Lebih singkatnya pandemi adalah epidemi yang tersebar.
8. Endemi : Penyakit yang menjangkit orang dalam jumlah besar yang terjadi di suatu wilayah atau populasi tertentu.
9. Self-limiting Disease : Penyakit yang gejalanya bisa sembuh sendiri. Namun tidak berarti bahwa perawatan medis tak berpengaruh pada kesembuhan pasien yang lebih cepat.

10. Super-spreader (Penular Super): Sebutan bagi orang yang menyebabkan orang lain sakit dengan jumlah yang jauh lebih banyak dari biasanya.

11. ODP (Orang Dalam Pemantauan)

Orangnya masih sehat-sehat/belum sakit, cuma baru abis bepergian dari luar daerah/negeri yang diyakini tempat tersebut terjadi penularan antar manusia.

Pemantauan dimaksudkan untuk mengantisipasi apabila orang tersebut sakit, sehingga bisa dengan segera dilakukan pengecekan.

12. PDP (Pasien Dalam Pengawasan) Apabila ODP sakit dengan gejala yang mengarah ke influenza sedang atau berat seperti batuk, flu, demam, dan gangguan pernapasan, maka secara langsung dijadikan PDP. (Orangnya baru sedikit keluar ingus/pilek-pilek, diawasi supaya tidak sampai sakit parah/betul)
13. Suspect: Apabila PDP memiliki riwayat kontak dengan orang lain yang confirm positif COVID-19 maka dia menjadi suspect (Terduga kena Corona)
14. Imported Case: Pasien tertular saat ada atau setelah melakukan perjalanan dari luar negeri.
15. COVID-19 singkatan dari Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19)
16. P O S I T I V E artinya orangnya baru diperiksa/ditest sama dokter, dan hasil testnya ternyata dia sakit (ketularan) dan jangan coba-coba mendekati orang yang positive ini, karena akan cepat ketularan.
17. Work From Home (WFH) = kerja di rumah, jangan pergi keluar/kantor.
18. I M P O R T E D C A S E= Orang yang ketularan corona karena sehabis pulang dari luar negeri.
19. K A R L O T A = penyebaran informasi tanpa cek informasi terlebih dulu / betul apa tidak atau penyebar HOAX

MASYA ALLOH  IS THIS THE MEANING OF QORONA IN THE HOLY QUR’AN ??

This is in Surah al Ahzab verse 33.

Please open for those who are not absent

I became curious about the meaning of Qorana, I deliberately opened the Qur’anic dictionary. I found lafald Qarana (قَرْنَ) in QS. Al Ahzaab: 33. I was astonished when I saw the fragment of the verse.

وَقَرْنَ فِيْ بُيُوْتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْاُوْلٰى وَاَقِمْنَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتِيْنَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَاَطِعْنَ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوْلَهٗ ۗاِنَّمَا يُرِيْدُ اللّٰهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ الرِّجْسَ اَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيْرًاۚ – ٣٣

And you should remain in your house and do not be decorated and (behave) like the ignorant people before, and perform prayers, pay alms and obey Allah and His Messenger. Verily Allah intends to eliminate sin from you, O ahlulbait and cleanse you as thoroughly as possible.

The message is very clear that lafadz Qarana implies a command to stay. Where do you live? In your houses, in your family, because the Prophet said my house is my heaven. Your house is your heaven. Create heaven in each family. Coronavirus brings back the realization that the most essential in life is family. So the Prophet himself gave the parameters of the goodness of mankind measured by his kindness to his family.

خَيْركُمْ خَيْركُمْ لِأهْلِهِ وَاَنَا خَيْركُمْ لِأهْلِى

” It’s best if you are the kindest to your family. And I (the Messenger of Allah) are the best among you to my family”

As if Allah is saying, “O modern man, don’t look for satisfaction in luxury buildings that provide a variety of camouflage that is not true pleasure, happiness is not your career and your salary that always does not satisfy you, because all this time you have been pursuing as pleasure is only a mirage. the world that you consider pleasure and beauty (that’s all ignorant behavior). When in fact heaven is in your family, in your own home that you can build and create. Return to each of your family and be happy for the gathering of the family. ”

In the next verse, we can realize that this Corona sent down is actually to cleanse humans from sin, cleanse them of all things that are camouflage, talbis, to the authenticity of life.

KNOW THE CORONA INFECTION SYMPTOMS

DAY 1-3

1. Symptoms similar to a cold
2. Mild throat pain, slight pain
3. No fever not tired
4. Still eating and drinking normally

DAY 4

1. Sore throat a little, drunk body
2. Body temperature begins to rise
3. Start anaroxia, mild headache
4. Start hoarseness and mild diarrhea

DAY 5

1. A sore throat is hoarse
2. Body temperature ranges from 36.5 to 36.7
3. Mild body heat
4. The body is tired, feels joint pain

(this stage is difficult to recognize as a cold or coronary infection)

DAY 6

1. Start a mild fever around 37
2. Cough with dry mucus or cough
3. Tiredness, nausea, occasionally difficult breathing
4. Finger aches, diarrhea, can vomit

DAY 7

1. Fever is higher than 27.4 – 37.8
2. Cough with excessive phlegm
3. Pain in all bodies
4. The frequency of shortness of breath and vomiting

DAY 8

1. Fever reaches a temperature of 38 more
2. Difficulty breathing and coughing does not stop
3. Difficulty talking, headache
4. Joint pain, back pain

DAY 9

1. Symptoms get worse
2. Fever falling apart, coughing does not subside
3. Even if you try to have difficulty breathing

(At this time blood tests and lung X-rays must be taken for examination)

New term related to Corona

1. Lock-down : the meaning is locked. If related to technical terms in the case of Corona or COVID-19,

meaning lockdown is locking all access into and out of a region or country (no one may enter or exit without permission from the authorities).

2. Social Distancing : Efforts to stay away from associations, avoid mass gatherings, and keep distance between people. The recommended distance of about two meters (if not an emergency do not go outside the house, do not go to the crowd / crowd like going to the market, kongkow-kongkow, etc.)
3. Quarantine (locked up for 14 days) : Steps to separate and limit the movement of sick and healthy people who are suspected of having infectious diseases, to see whether they are really infected.
4. Isolation : The step separates sick people who have infectious diseases from healthy people to prevent the spread of disease.
5. Viruses : Is a microscopic sized parasite that infects cells of biological organisms.

Reproduction using living cells because they do not have cellular equipment to reproduce themselves.

6. Epidemic : Spread of disease with large numbers that attack quickly in an area.
7. Pandemic : Diseases that attack people in large numbers and occur in many places (between countries) world class.

In short, a pandemic is a widespread epidemic.

8. Endemic : Diseases that infect large numbers of people that occur in a particular region or population.
9. Self-limiting Disease: A disease whose symptoms can heal itself. But that does not mean that medical care has no effect on faster patient recovery.
10. Super-spreader : The term for people who cause other people sick with a number that is far more than usual.
11. ODP (Insider Monitoring) : The person is still healthy / not sick, just after traveling from outside the area / country that is believed to be where transmission occurs between humans.

Monitoring is intended to anticipate if the person is sick, so that they can be immediately checked.

12. PDP (Patients Under Supervision): If ODP is sick with symptoms that lead to moderate or severe influenza such as cough, flu, fever, and respiratory problems, then it is directly used as PDP. (The person just sniff out a little / runny nose, colds, supervised so as not to get seriously ill / right)
13. Suspect: If PDP has a history of contact with other people who confirm positive COVID-19 then he becomes suspect (Suspected of Corona)
14. Imported Case: Patients contract when they have or after traveling from abroad.
15. COVID-19 stands for Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19)
16. P O T I V I E means that the person has just been examined / tested by a doctor, and the test results turned out he was sick (infected) and do not try to approach this positive person, because it will get infected quickly.
17. Work From Home (WFH) = work at home, don’t go out / to office.
