Kantor Hukum MJA Mengajukan keringanan ke perusahaan Leasing Trihamas Cianjur
CIANJUR –Adv. M. Junaedi, A.Md., S.H., CIL dan Kom.Bes. Pol. (P.) Adv. Sudiro, S.H., M.H. dari Kantor Hukum M. Junaedi & Rekan (MJA Law Office) mewakili Sdr. Hadin Zaelani selaku konsumen/nasabah PT. Trihamas Finance Cabang Cianjur, telah mengajukan keringanan pembayaran ke perusahaan leasing tersebut.
Pengajuan ini berdasarkan Surat Kuasa Khusus No. 06/SK/MJA-R/VI/2020, tertanggal 4 Juni 2020 yang diberikan oleh Sdr. Hadin Zaelani. Sdr. Hadin adalah seorang konsumen/nasabah yang mengambil 1 unit Truck Mitsubishi, Nomor Registrasi Z 8294 NG, Jenis MB Beban, Tahun Pembuatan 2011, Isi Silinder 3908 CC, Warna Kuning, No. Rangka MHMFE74P5BK055916, Nomor Mesin 4D34TG81121, Bahan Bakar Solar, Jumlah Roda 4 (Empat).
Namun, situasi dan kondisi usahanya belakangan ini mengalami kepailitan yakni usahanya sedang kurang baik dan mengalami penurunan performance. Sehingga setelah 14 kali angsuran, ybs tidak sanggup lagi melanjutkan. Sehingga unit tersebut harus diover kredit. Padahal, ybs telah mengeluarkan dana untuk DP senilai Rp. 60.000.000 dan angsuran selama 14 kali senilai kurang lebih Rp. 70.000.000,-
Oleh karena, kondisi ekonomi ybs seperti itu, yang bersangkutan minta kepada Kantor Hukum M. Junaedi & Associates untuk dibantu dijembatani ke perusahaan leasing tersebut.
Atas permohonan dari ybs, maka MJA Law Office melayangkan surat ke PT Trihamas Finance Cabang Cianjur untuk memberikan keringanan sebagaimana kemampuan ybs yang diuraikan dalam surat pernyataannya.

This submission is based on Special Power of Attorney No. 06 / SK / MJA-R / VI / 2020, dated June 4, 2020 given by Hadin Zaelani present. Hadin is a customer / customer who took 1 unit of Mitsubishi Truck, Registration Number Z 8294 NG, Type of MB Load, Year of Manufacturing 2011, Fill Cylinder 3908 CC, Yellow Color, No. Order MHMFE74P5BK055916, Engine Number 4D34TG81121, Solar Fuel, Number of 4 (Four) Wheels.
However, the situation and condition of his business recently experienced bankruptcy that is his business is not good and has decreased performance. So that after 14 installments, he is no longer able to continue. So the unit must be covered by credit. In fact, he has spent funds for DP worth Rp. 60,000,000 and installments for 14 times worth approximately Rp. 70,000,000
Because of this economic condition, the person concerned requested the Law Office of M. Junaedi & Associates to be assisted to be bridged to the leasing company.
At the request of the relevant person, the MJA Law Office sent a letter to PT Trihamas Finance Cianjur Branch to provide relief as the capability described in the statement letter.
