KPTA JAWA BARAT RESMIKAN PA BEKASI KELAS 1A

BEKASI – MJA.Com.    Ketua Pengadilan Agama Bekasi, Dr. H. Hasanuddin, S.H., M.H., telah secara resmi mengundang Ketua KAI DPC Bekasi Raya melalui surat nomor: W10-A19/1890/KP.01.1/VIII/2020 tertanggal 4 Agustus 2020, untuk ikut hadir dalam rangka pembukaan secara resmi acara Launching 8 Inovasi Aplikasi Layanan Publik dan Majalah PA Bekasi Edisi Pertama Tahun 2020 serta peresmian Reform Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP), yang mana PA Bekasi sudah naik status menjadi PA Kelas 1A sejak 6 bulan lalu.

Acara ini digelar pada hari Jum’at, tanggal 7 Agustus 2020, dimulai dari pukul 09.00 WIB s/d Selesai. Acara tersebut dibuka secara resmi dengan sambutan dari Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Jawa Barat, Drs. M. Taufiq H.Z., M.H.I/

Dalam rangka mengisi kekosongan pengurus DPC KAI Bekasi Raya, yang sudah memasuki masa demisioner, maka Adv. M. Junaedi, A.Md., S.H., CIL dari Kantor Hukum M. Junaedi & Rekan (MJA Law Office), yang berkedudukan di Jln. Ratna No. 34A, Jatibening, Pondokgede, Kota Bekasi, telah meminta rekan-rekan tim yang tergabung di kantor MJA untuk menghadiri acara dimaksud.

M. Junaedi telah memberikan ijin kepada Adv. Moh. Tamrin, S.H., Adv. Suthrisna, S.H., Adv. Sarwoko, S.H. untuk ikut hadir mewakili Organisasi Advokat DPC KAI Bekasi pada acara tersebut. Dalam acara tersebut juga turut hadir dari KAI, yakni Adv. Dikri Winanto, S.H.

M. Junaedi berharap sinergitas dan soliditas antara Pengadilan Agama Bekasi dan Organisasi Advokat dari DPC KAI Bekasi Raya khususnya, akan semakin teguh dan kokoh ke depannya, umumnya dengan seluruh stake holders/instansi yang ada, baik di Kabupaten Bekasi maupun di Kota Bekasi.

Berikut adalah Layanan pokok PTSP di Pengadilan Agama Bekasi meliputi:

1. Meja Permohonan informasi
2. Meja Pelayanan pengaduan
3. Pendaftaran perkara dilakukan oleh petugas pendaftaran yang sebelumnya disebut petugas meja I.Layanannya berupa pendaftaran perkara

   Permohonan/gugatan, pengajuan upaya hukum, pendaftaran permohonan konsignasi serta permohonan eksekusi.

4. Pembayaran biaya oleh petugas pembayaran yang sebelumnya disebut kasir. Layanannya meliputi penaksiran panjar biaya perkara, pemberian SKUM, pembayaran PNBP, pengembalian sisa panjar, penyerahan bukti-bukti pembayaran.
5. Penyerahan produk pengadilan dilakukan oleh petugas produk pengadilan yang sebelumnya disebut sebagai petugas meja III.

Layanannya meliputi penyerahan/pengambilan salinan penetapan/putusan, akta cerai serta dokumen resmi pengadilan lainnya.

Layanan penunjang PTSP dilakukan oleh penyedia jasa eksternal di Pengadilan Agama Bekasi meluputi:

1. Posbakum layanannya pemberian bantuan hukum
2. Bank Mandiri Syariah untuk penyetoran panjar biaya perkara
3. PT Pos untuk pembelian materai dan keperluan legalisir.

Pelaksanaan PTSP di Pengadilan Agama Bekasi berdasarkan aturan sebagai berikut:

1. Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik
2. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 96 Tahun 2012 tentang Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik
3. Peraturan Presiden Nomor 97 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu
4. SK Dirjen Badilag Nomor 1403.b/DJA/SK/OT.01.3/8/2018 tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu di Lingkungan Peradilan Agama
5. SK Ketua Pengadilan Agama Bekasi tentang Tim Implementasi Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) pada Pengadilan Agama Bekasi

BEKASI – MJA.Com. Head of the Bekasi Religious Court, Dr. H. Hasanuddin, SH, MH, has officially invited the Chairman of KAI DPC Bekasi Raya via letter number: W10-A19 / 1890 / KP.01.1 / VIII / 2020 dated August 4, 2020, to participate in the official opening of the Launching 8 event for Public Service Application Innovation and Bekasi PA Magazine First Edition 2020 and the inauguration of the One-Stop Integrated Service Reform (PTSP), which PA Bekasi has risen to become Class 1A  since 6 months ago.

This event was held on Friday, August 7, 2020, starting at 09.00 WIB until Done. The event was officially opened with remarks from the Chairman of the West Java High Religious Court, Drs. M. Taufiq H.Z., M.H.I /

In order to fill the vacant memberships of DPC KAI Bekasi Raya board members, who have entered the demisionary period, Adv. M. Junaedi, A.Md., S.H., CIL from the Law Office of M. Junaedi & Partners (MJA Law Office), which is located at Jln. Ratna No. 34A, Jatibening, Pondokgede, Bekasi City, has asked teammates who are members of the MJA office to attend the event.

1. Junaedi has given permission to Adv. Moh. Tamrin, S.H., Adv. Suthrisna, S.H., Adv. Sarwoko, S.H. to be present representing the DPC KAI Bekasi Advocate Organization at the event. Present from KAI also, namely Adv. Dikri Winanto, S.H.
2. Junaedi hopes that the synergy and solidity between the Bekasi Religious Court and the Advocate Organization from DPC KAI Bekasi Raya in particular, will be stronger and stronger in the future, generally with all existing stakeholders / agencies or instances, both in Bekasi Regency and Bekasi City.

The following are the main PTSP services at the Bekasi Religious Court including:

1. Request desk for information
2. Complaints Service Desk
3. Case registration is carried out by registration officers previously referred to as desk I officers. The service is in the form of case registration

Application / lawsuit, filing of legal action, registration of application for consignment and request for execution.

4. Payment of fees by payment officers who were previously known as cashiers. Its services include the assessment of legal fees, issuance of SKUM, PNBP payments, returning the remaining down-payment, submitting proof of payment.
5. Delivery of court products is carried out by court product officers who were previously referred to as table III officers.

Its services include submitting / taking copies of decisions / decisions, divorce certificates and other official court documents.

PTSP support services are carried out by external service providers in the Bekasi Religious Court, including:

1. Posbakum provides legal aid services
2. Bank Mandiri Syariah for depositing legal fee down payments
3. PT Pos for purchase of stamp duty and legalization purposes.

The PTSP implementation at the Bekasi Religious Court is based on the following rules:
