DPP KAI LANTIK 33 ADVOKAT DI WILAYAH HUKUM PROVINSI BANTEN


MJALAWOFFICE.COM, BANTEN – The Congress of Indonesian Advocates (DPP KAI) again held an Appointment of Advocates by the Organization for Banten Province Jurisdiction at Hotel Olive Karawaci, Friday (9/10/2020), with the agenda “Appointment of Advocates in the Legal Territory of the Banten High Court”.
The appointment of 33 advocates was running succesfully and sacred. In his direction the President of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates, Adv. Tjoetjoe Sandjaja Hernanto, SH., MH., CIL., CLA, CLI., CRA advised that there is still one more stage to go through, namely taking an oath at the Banten High Court to immediately proceed while congratulating the new participants just got sworn in.
The President of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates also advised the participants to remember his oath in carrying out his profession as an Advocate and also to uphold the Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics.
He also added that advocates are not anyone without clients, so in carrying out the profession as an advocate and having a healthy law office, an advocate must pay attention to 3 things, the first is mastering IT, second is having management and the third is marketing.
On that occasion the President of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates also did not forget to appreciate the performance of the board of DPD KAI Banten.
“I see their enthusiasm in the midst of a pandemic, the enthusiasm of the members of the DPD KAI Banten board is quite high. This is evident from them always holding activities even though the activities are quite heavy because we have very high standards, I tell my friends that this standard cannot be reduced, ” frankly speaking.
In line with this, the Chairperson of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates of DPD Banten, Adv. DR. Zakkaria S Manambe, SH., MH., CIL., MTh., Mis., MPdk, accompanied by the treasurer of DPD KAI Banten, Yakub Ajarevy, SH., MH expressed his gratitude to the committee for organizing this activity, and he gave a message to Advocates who have just been appointed to maintain the dignity of their profession as advocates and congratulate the participants who have just been appointed.
He also added that in law enforcement, advocates are ready to help all people regardless of race, religion, class and ethnicity who need legal assistance.
“Let the advocates uphold morality as an advocate who does not justify various ways in handling cases related to wages rather than the lawyers themselves, so that the dignity of the Congress of Advocate as an officium nobile of a noble profession is still upheld,” he said hopefully.
