MJALAWOFFICE.COM, BANTEN – DPD Kongres Advokat Indonesia Provinsi Banten kembali menyelenggarakan Pengangkatan Advokat yang dilakukan oleh Organisasi di Hotel Olive Karawaci, Jumat (9/10/2020), dengan agenda “ Pengangkatan Advokat Di Wilayah Hukum Pengadilan Tinggi Banten”.

Pengangkatan Advokat sebanyak 33 orang berlangsung hikmat dan sakral. Dalam arahannya Presiden Kongres Advokat Indonesia Adv. Tjoe Tjoe Sandjaja Hernanto, SH., MH., CIL., CLA, CLI., CRA  berpesan bahwa masih ada satu proses tahapan lagi yang harus dilewati yaitu pengambilan sumpah di Pengadilan Tinggi Banten untuk segera bisa beracara seraya mengucapkan selamat kepada para peserta yang baru saja dilantik.

Presiden Kongres Advokat Indonesia juga berpesan kepada para peserta untuk ingat akan sumpahnya dalam menjalankan profesinya sebagai Advokat dan juga berpegang teguh kepada Kode Etik Advokat Indonesia.

Dirinya juga menambahkan bahwa para advokat bukanlah siapa siapa tanpa klien, maka dalam menjalani profesi sebagai seorang advokat dan memiliki kantor hukum yang sehat, maka seorang advokat harus memperhatikan 3 hal, yang pertama adalah menguasai IT, kedua adalah memiliki manajemen dan yang ketiga adalah marketing.

Dalam kesempatan itu Presiden Kongres Advokat Indonesia tersebut juga tidak lupa mengapresiasi Kinerja para pengurus DPD KAI Banten.

“Saya melihat semangat mereka di tengah pandemi, semangat teman-teman pengurus  DPD KAI Banten itu cukup tinggi. Hal ini terbukti dari mereka selalu mengadakan kegiatan walaupun kegiatannya itu cukup berat karena kita punya standar yang sangat tinggi, saya sampaikan ke teman-teman bahwa standar ini tidak boleh dikurangin.” Tegasnya.

Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Ketua DPD Banten Kongres Advokat Indonesia Adv. DR. Zakkaria S Manambe, SH.,MH.,CIL.,MTh.,Mis.,MPdk, didampingi oleh bendahara DPD KAI Banten Yakub Ajarevy, SH.,MH mengungkapkan terima kasih kepada para panitia yang telah menyelenggarakan kegiatan ini, dan dirinya  berpesan kepada para Advokat yang baru saja dilantik agar menjaga harkat dan martabat profesinya sebagai advokat dan mengucapkan selamat kepada para peserta yang baru saja dilantik.

Dirinya juga menambahkan bahwa dalam penegakan hukum, agar para advokat siap membantu seluruh masyarakat tanpa memandang ras, agama, golongan dan suku yang membutuhkan pendampingan hukum.

“Biarlah para advokat menjunjung moralitas sebagai advokat yang tidak menghalalkan berbagai cara dalam penanganan perkara terkait dengan upah daripada lawyer itu sendiri, sehingga martabat kongres advokat sebagai officium nobile profesi yang mulia itu tetap dijunjung tinggi.”Ucapnya penuh harap.

MJALAWOFFICE.COM, BANTEN – The Congress of Indonesian Advocates (DPP KAI) again held an Appointment of Advocates by the Organization for Banten Province Jurisdiction at Hotel Olive Karawaci, Friday (9/10/2020), with the agenda “Appointment of Advocates in the Legal Territory of the Banten High Court”.

The appointment of 33 advocates was running succesfully and sacred. In his direction the President of the Congress of  Indonesian Advocates, Adv. Tjoetjoe Sandjaja Hernanto, SH., MH., CIL., CLA, CLI., CRA advised that there is still one more stage to go through, namely taking an oath at the Banten High Court to immediately proceed while congratulating the new participants just got sworn in.

The President of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates also advised the participants to remember his oath in carrying out his profession as an Advocate and also to uphold the Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics.

He also added that advocates are not anyone without clients, so in carrying out the profession as an advocate and having a healthy law office, an advocate must pay attention to 3 things, the first is mastering IT, second is having management and the third is marketing.

On that occasion the President of the Congress of  Indonesian Advocates also did not forget to appreciate the performance of the board of DPD KAI Banten.

“I see their enthusiasm in the midst of a pandemic, the enthusiasm of the members of the DPD KAI Banten board is quite high. This is evident from them always holding activities even though the activities are quite heavy because we have very high standards, I tell my friends that this standard cannot be reduced, ” frankly speaking.

In line with this, the Chairperson of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates of  DPD Banten, Adv. DR. Zakkaria S Manambe, SH., MH., CIL., MTh., Mis., MPdk, accompanied by the treasurer of DPD KAI Banten, Yakub Ajarevy, SH., MH expressed his gratitude to the committee for organizing this activity, and he gave a message to Advocates who have just been appointed to maintain the dignity of their profession as advocates and congratulate the participants who have just been appointed.

He also added that in law enforcement, advocates are ready to help all people regardless of race, religion, class and ethnicity who need legal assistance.

“Let the advocates uphold morality as an advocate who does not justify various ways in handling cases related to wages rather than the lawyers themselves, so that the dignity of the Congress of Advocate as an officium nobile of a noble profession is still upheld,” he said hopefully.
